Fair Trade Organic Coffee

All of the coffees have both Organic & Fair Trade certification. (They also happen to be Kosher!) The beans are decaffeinated using a Swiss-water process, thus eliminating the use of toxic chemicals which are typically used for this purpose. All coffees come in 1lb bags & I stock mostly whole bean, but I do have some ground coffee too. These wonderful coffees are from Deans Beans in Massachusetts.

Ring of Fire

A very popular coffee with my customers at the farmers’ market; I’ve seen more than a few disappointed faces when I’ve had to tell them I have none left! This blend is from the active volcanic soils of Timor, Papua-New Guinea & Indonesia.
